doesn't seem right without you
Wearing most glorious Edwardian dress that I am rather reluctantly planning to put in the shop upon our return this May! Should any of you claim it as your own please indulge me with pictures (the same goes for all of the shop goods - I would love to see pictures of you)!
This Thursday we leave for our west coast adventure with stops in Hawaii, La, Phoenix and an unexpected last minute addition, Vancouver, to bid a tearful adieu to my most beloved Grandpa.
I'll continue to read your happy news while we are away and will hopefully have some opportunity to update this blog as we roam the coast, but should you not hear from me for awhile do not be alarmed! I promise I am alive and doing my best to reenact Lost, Jurassic Park and Forgetting Sarah Marshall on an island in the pacific.

My husband And I are on our first tropical adventure this week. It's a welcome change from the crumbling European capitals we usually haunt. If you are going to Maui I strongly recommend getting to the red sand beach in Hana. It was a mildly treacherous hike but by far our favorite swimming spot. (wearing sneakers to get there is smart, swimsuit optional) Have fun on your trip! Aloha!
ReplyDeleteYou look like a Botticelli angel :)
ReplyDeletethis dress is soooooo gorgeous. love the concept behind this shoot. also, your head accessory is so appropriate and lovely! :)
ReplyDeleteMy sister and I love your blog, due in no small part to a similar love of Anne of Green Gables. I'd go far as to say that we may be kindred spirits. :) We live in Phoenix! Or Tempe, really. But, we'd love to meet you when you swing through, if that's at all possible?

Oh, and your hair is amazing. Truly. Best locks ever.
I know the post was ages ago but I've finally found a remedy for skin blemishes I feel needs sharing: vinegar and crushed up aspirin. It removes dead skin cells and reduces redness practically overnight. Also, lots of water.
