she saw the water-lily bloom
A few more while at the cottage! This is my first moment of solitude since coming home and I'm spending it splayed across an air mattress (more comfortable than our dilapidated sofa) watching Wuthering Heights (1970, Timothy Dalton is such a babe in this) and plotting a cheese and pasta filled dinner.
If you should happen to be in the city for upcoming fashion festivities and would like a break from the glitz and glam send me an email and join me for some leisure activities (activities include balancing out the air mattress with our bottoms, watching period dramas, eating cheese and pulling the split ends off of our hair).
ps. just in case! Thank you so much for all the help with our project so far! I very much hope to be a busy lady by months end sewing together brooches and sticking loads of goodies in the post!

ReplyDeleteits looks so lovely at the cottage and your leisure activities sound sooo good, alas its like a 13 hours flight from New Zealand and I have to go back to uni tomorrow, which i do have to watch much ado about nothing for tonight so its not so bad, and heck spring has only just begun here. You should extend your spring/summer by coming for a holiday hehehe

ReplyDeleteBeautiful! How much longer will you be at the cottage? City life is wonderfully hectic but I am already planning my getaway. Somewhere quiet with lots of trees, I think.
ReplyDeleteOnce again your photos have sucked me in a wonderful dimension!! (and Timothy He’s eyes are so mischievous and his bone structure way to awesome!!), its so nice to have such a great time away from all the noises that consume the city, right? I spent my long weekend at home, at a lake, gatherings with friends and watching Addam’s Family movies hahahaha!! and your week sounds so hectic take a minute doll and chill ok……well Hun thanks for sharing ♥
